In 2009 Portsmouth Diocese launched an appeal to raise £9 million to help support the Bishop in providing for clergy support and vocation, laity programmes and diocesan growth. 

We were a pilot parish and have raised over £500,000, mostly through 5 year pledges; 90% will be returned to the parish to help repay the £1 million loan from the diocese for our new church.
