NEW CHURCH COMMITTEE

The New Church Committee is responsible for all aspects of the new church and parish centre, except for fundraising and ongoing management. Their responsibilities include the building works, the furnishing and fitting out, and planning for future use and support. To carry out this work, it is supported by:

• The Liturgical Art and Furniture Committee, which is responsible for the design of the altar and font, seating for the congregation and those on the altar, and church fittings such as paschal and altar candles, crucifixes, Stations of the Cross and statues.

Meetings: The committees meet on average every month. The committee will continue to function for a further year following the completion of the building in June 2011
